He is 19-2 with a 2.43 ERA. He is a good lock for AL Cy Young Award. He is also on pace for 24 win this season. It would be the firt 20 game winning in over 30 years. And he would be the 2nd on in Cleveland in two years. What do you all think?

Id say hes got it. Yep.

Only other person I see in contention is Roy Halladay, the horse.

It comes down to this last month. If Lee has a terrible month, and Halladay has a good one, say some complete games, and wins them all, and the jays get into a closer race for the playoffs... It could get interesting in the Cy Young voting.

As you can see, Halladay has pitched a fair amount more (2 Games worth), and is in contention to take over such stats as ERA. If he does, its a close race IMO.

Lee has this trophy in his reach, he just has to close out the season strong.
