Id say hes got it. Yep.
Only other person I see in contention is Roy Halladay, the horse.
It comes down to this last month. If Lee has a terrible month, and Halladay has a good one, say some complete games, and wins them all, and the jays
get into a closer race for the playoffs... It could get interesting in the Cy Young voting.

As you can see, Halladay has pitched a fair amount more (2 Games worth), and is in contention to take over such stats as ERA. If he does, its a close
race IMO.
Lee has this trophy in his reach, he just has to close out the season strong.
