Do you think that the Zodiac killer is still alive?
He has been inactive since the late 1960s/early 1970s...does that mean he is dead, gave up, or in jail for something else?

There are always other things that could have happened. Did you ever think that the zodiac wasn't as sharp as he'd like to think himself, in such a way as he was easily found but without evidence linking himself to the crimes he had to be taken out the old fastion way?
