Russia cruiser to test weapons in crowded Black Sea

www.iraq-war.ru

Russia's flagship cruiser has re-entered the Black Sea for weapons tests hours after the Russian military complained about the presence of US and other Nato naval ships near the Georgian coast.

The 'Moskva' had led a battle group of Russian naval vessels stationed off the coastline of Georgia's breakaway region of Abkhazia during Russia's recent conflict with Georgia, and sank smaller Georgian craft.

Its very scary, when all the superpowers are gathering battle fleets to black sea... Just boys over there, stay calm now!

Situation is heating fast there, in Region of Iran... Medvedev has said clearly Russian policy today at 26.8.2008:

- They do obey international laws, and independence of Abhasia and Ossetia is same thing as independense in Kosovo, and has all international rights.

- They will prevent genocide in region, continue their peacekeeping program, and helps nations to their feeds after 17 yrs battle with Georgians.

- They are not afraid to stand against Nato.

- They are not afraid of nothing.

- Russia has withdrawn forces from Georgia, as their deal was.

- "Do not include situation in Georgia to US presidental elections, and selfish needs in it."

www.russiatoday.com...

My Quotes:

Russia is making themself ready for any war. China is keeping their international silence in diplomacy, and thats real scary! They stands with Russia. Iran gets help now, what they have needed for a long time... Syria will be armed with sophisticated arms.

Poland has maked so wrong decision, and they will aloud US precence in their territory with their missiles, witch are really threatening the balance of powers in Europe.

www.iraq-war.ru...

If the Bush administration proceeds with its plan to deploy its Missile Defense System in Poland, Russian Prime Minister Putin will be forced to remove it militarily. He has no other option. The proposed system integrates the the entire US nuclear arsenal into one operational-unit a mere 115 miles from the Russian border. It's no different than Khrushchev's plan to deploy nuclear missiles in Cuba in the 1960s.

[SNIP] , again in WWIII!

Let them test their weapons.

It just means Pat and his boys will get a damn good look through their scopes at their bussiness equipment.

It would be damn foolish for the Russians to test anything where UK and US sub forces are patiently waiting to get a sneek peek.

So does this mean the Russian ships have left Poti?
Maybe a plan by the Allies to draw them away from Poti?

I doubt Russia is "testing" anything of which the US military isn't already aware. This is more Russia saying back the frak off or we'll drop THIS on your bases.

Yeah, I have noticed, that coalition behind Russia is staying 100% silence, and that means only one thing: "One will, and good trust to Russian policy makers"

India together with China and Russia... Uh!

All I was saying is that this probably isn't Russia showing off new technology, it's them trying to tell the US and Europe to shove off.

Iran simulates US Army weaknesses ( 24.8.2008 )

www.presstv.ir...

A senior Iranian commander says the successful simulation of the US Army's combat style has enabled the IRGC to find their weaknesses.

Deputy Chief of Staff of Iran's Armed Forces Brigadier General Mohammad Zolqadr said Sunday that the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps is fully capable of countering US tactics.

"During the US invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq, the American army's combat methods, its weaknesses and strong points, and its capabilities have been fully monitored," said the Iranian general.

I really don't see India siding with Russia, they will most likely stay neutral, if anything they will side with the US and NATO.

Yes India-China relations are not good at all as China supports Pakistan. Also India and Russian relations are "okay" but not nearly as strong as US-India. You guys saw the huge nuclear accord that the US and India signed last month right?

USA supports Pakistan too

lol, it was Russia who provided most civilian nuclear tech and military tech to india

signed , and impact of nuke deal is inflated .. it is meant to benefit civilian nuclear sector , as because India has not signed CTBT , it could not import nuclear fuel from nuclear suppliers group ... and indo-us nuke deal permits that without CTBT

by the way , USA has several times imposed sanctions on india , while in the cold war , Russia,Cuba were the only supporter we had

India is very well aware that the US involvement with Pakistan is a relationship out of neccesity due to the WOT. Pakistan is not really an "ally". They were forced into being one. Indian/US relations are very strong.

its the opposite:
India-US relations are are out of necessity , as India wants the nuke deal badly, and is partially fearful of China's increasing naval capbilities

as for Pakistan , USa has been its best ally , it supported pakistan against india in 1965 war, 1971 war , it built Pakistan's military, while USSR built India 's military

USA imposed sanctions on India , when it tested nukes in 90's

by the India is purchasing Russian carrier Admiral Gorshkov, despite having option to purchase american carrier kitty hawk

US involvement with Pakistan is a relationship out of neccesity due to the WOT.

;lol, it was CIA that created this islamic terror against USSR to destabilse agfghanistan and to destabilse indian controlled Kashmir

indian/us relations are nothing at all `strong` - india remember very clearly when the USA pushed sanctions against them not 10 years ago and many times over the last 30 years ; which is why they allways want a technology transfer when building anything - if the `relations` go up the keiber (again) they arn`t left with useless equipment.

U.S. intelligence abilities and efforts are vastly underrated, I speak from a position of knowledge. U.S. intelligence shortcomings and perceived problems are communicated and manipulated for a greater purpose.

After the US decided to move missiles nextdoor to Russia... apparently they are forgetting what the Cuban Missile Crisis felt like... Russia has a reason to be testing it's weapons. If nothing else maybe it will show everybody that they are still a superpower and they'll back off a bit.
