Interesting info, but I still haven't seen where they are actually cutting them. Has anyone ever come up with an official date of the "famous" picture that shows 45 deg angle? I think that in itself would go along way. The later the picture was taken, the more likely I am to believe it was cut by workers.

I think in this situation I can see where both sides could be right. Doesn't mean either theory is right however. And I notice the "famous" picture is pretty high above the ground. I know they have cranes and stuff, but why would they use a crane to cut that one instead of doing it from the ground a few feet lower?

I'm not looking for plausible information, I'm looking for proof. Thanks for the response.

It's an interview with a guy and he explains why they cut them. It shows the angle cuts.

i can't find this interview. can you provide a direct link? it's not in this 'steve spak' video.

i don't think 2 seconds of a video of a guy cutting is adequate proof.

and, even if ground zero workers DID use angle cuts(although, i'm sure they would grab the top of a tall beam with a crane or those "jaws" we see "eating" the parking lot floors, before cutting it free. not very safe if they didn't.), this video doesn't show it conclusively.

Yes i saw the video, the guy in the video was cutting down low and not at an angle, he was cutting straight across.

That does indeed show the steelworkers using the cutters to make the diagonal cuts to the beams. Great link!

Thats funny because i watched it and it shows a guy cutting down low and straight, not at an angle.

Bottom line:

It is obvious that the video is of workers cutting steel at the WTC location. To state that there is no proof that it is at the WTC location is asinine. Obviously the video shows exactly how the steel was cut in the cleanup process, and since it goes against his conspiracy theory, he has to believe it isnt from the WTC location.

Hardly. Military salary sucks. But the real money is in the contracting jobs for the government. Everyone knows that, and it's posts like these that discredit you because you knowingly mislead with the info.

I think what you've said is plausible, it's not actual proof. I don't think the cuts are hard proof either way, but there are still many more questions that remained unanswered. And to be honest, for me it doesn't even really matter to me what actually happened, so much as what happened after that bothers me.
