Georgia war and US presidential election

I read an article in Chinese a few days ago.

In this article, the authors believe that the current situation in Georgia was planned by US government to support McCain in the election. The idea is if there is a war or just tension between Russia and US, the chance of McCain to be elected will increase greatly.
