Anyone Spot E.T. behind Obama as he shook peoples hands?

Has anyone else noticed, that after the first live broadcast of the biden speech, it has become extremely and i mean extremely hard to find the last part where this strange figure appears ^_^.

But seriously, either it's a very strange looking human, which we have down here on good old mother earth, or it's a non-terrestrial human.

My guess, since i cannot remember much about the live broadcast, is that it is a very strange looking human ^_^.

But i can see where your getting at. I have seen quite a few out of place people in my life so far. Sometimes they stare at me for long periods of time, and sometimes they appear to be completely out of place. (like you suggested).

You never know ^_^, but keep an open mind because there are times when the stranger answer is the right answer
