First of all: hate is such a negative feeling, that will only harm yourself and no one else. i wrote that in another thread before, but i do think it
is important, that ppl know, that with every negative feeling like anger, aggression, hate etc, the body spills out a toxin called "cortisol" which
is the cause for some disease.
but anyway, there are definetely some hate-moments you cant control, even if youd like to.
i my case, i hate:
-when i wake up in the morning and i have to get out of bed and the room is freezing cold
-i hate uncomfortable breaks while talking to s.o.
-i hate it when i cant think of something spontaneously to counter
-i hate to go to bed when it is getting light outside
-i hate earthworms lying around on the asphalt on rainy days
-i hate driving under a bridge that has ppl on it
ok - i am happy not to have really serious problems...
