It depends on the standards you set him up to.
He's a damn sight better than the last guy. he beats both Grover Cleveland and James A. Garfield with his arms tied behind his back. And he's
definitely better than anything being tossed against him next year.
You really gotta realize, we have a history absolutely chock damn full of mediocre-to-useless presidents, including a handful that probably should
have been hanged for treason. When contrasted against the others in the lineup, he comes in at like... #7 or so.
