This object coincedently discovered by somenone in an other thread , it shows a big circulair object. In fact I can't say how big it is, because I don't know the distance. The discovery is striking even if it was a coincedental picture of Mercury. I'm no good in astronomics, so maybe one of you can tell this for sure.

The movie is on the official SOHO site SOHO site the movie (which is in fact a collection of multiple frames of individual pictures) is named 080813_c3 in the daily images section.

If you play it with Quicktime or Windows Media Player you have to skip till time frame 09:18, there you will find the object.

The picture will show this:

SOHO Object

So, what do you think this is???

This is a LASCO C3 image: i've found the highest resolution available of the original image, you can see it here: 2008_08_13.

The image can be downloaded from here: the relevant file is this one: August 13, 2008 ( 35M) (.tar)

I also post some more "unusual" images:

"Plane"

"Bird"

"Beam"

"Pac Man"

"Spider web"

"Yet another beam"

"Wormhole"

And some useful (IMHO) informations about SOHO:

I don't know SOHO imageering, so i won't comment it: these are NOT ordinary images, a good idea would be to read at least the handbook before "analyzing" them
.
Thanks for sharing: fishspeaker, what makes your think for sure that it's Nibiru, may i ask?

The "beams" are a imaging artifact known as blooms.
and are common when something in the image is really bright like a star, depending on your imaging system.

A prettier example

There's alot of possibilities for strange things in the images and are difficult to rule out. Such as image artifacts, comets and asteroids etc

Sorry I don't know much about Niburu, I assume you mean planet x etc. If the object was "Niburu" It does not make sense for it to be this close to the Sun from this perspective as its meant to have a highly elliptical orbit. Correct me if i'm wrong.

Personally I think its a image artifact again in the same vain as a lens flare. Cool pictures though!

I don't think this is a lens flare, but I don't know what it is for sure. To call it UFO (as form of alien craft) is to easy. I wonder if it could be Mercury.

Internos; thanks (again) for your work!

I'm pretty sure it's NIBIRU not NIBURU

Thanks for the correction, why do you think it's Nibiru?

So you had a quick scroll on my post and didn't open my picture, did you?

I'm with you a lot could be by this, but mot my picture; it shows a clear round object with a "shade" behind it (which leaves explanation by a lens flare out). Do you really think this was a "bloom"?

I don't think you know, either.

I've had a look at it and If it was a planet it would be a bright, distinct round object. The picture you posted seems to be diffuse and has no real distinct shape. What are the two trails either side of it ? If its that large between us and the Sun it should be visible from Earth possibly with our naked eyes. If its a further distance it would be large enough to be comparable to the Sun!

Check out this video of the transit of Mercury

A further video showing a comet
lasco-www.nrl.navy.mil...

From this I can only conclude its a image artifact such as a reflection in the optics. It only appears for one frame in the movie and not in any other. Planets don't bink in and out of existence.

Its a amazing site and thanks for showing some of the images, but I personally believe the example is anything unusual.

You are probably right, if you weren't, it would much more crowded in this thread

Anyway thanks for the feedback. I guess it will take some time and clear picture of a spaceship to impress ATS. Still hoping for that lucky shot (by me or anyone else...

For some people I think they wouldn't be impressed if one landed in their back garden

Hopefully soon we will have disclosure and we will have a greater understanding of our place in the universe.

hello saturnus,

And might I say good find also. I wanted to partake in your thread but I had nothing to offer till now. I knew I had seen something like this before and always the trouble is remembering where I seen it last.

What I will do is put two pictures along side each other.

first you'r image from 2008.

now mine from 1998

Do you see the similarities.
Difference being in the second image the thing connects with the sun.
in the first the tails point away from the sun.

The two objects to me look one and the same.
what do you say..

I will try track down where exactly where the second pictures come from and what the millenium group had to say about it..

peace
