Oooh Love JJ Cale's version of Cocaine (better than Clatpon, in my opinnion).

Cajun Moon is also a good one.

honorable mention goes to buckethead but frank zappa owns all imo.
although gary moore is the man too. see his cover of red house on youtube. he rocks the hell out of it.

Gary Moore. great input !. He is great. He did it very well as a solo artist. On the other hand. Years ago while working with Thin Lizzy, i never did pay him a single thought. "Still got the blues" a "classic"
