I am disappointed to see no responses here.

Anyway, the Fourth Amendment was dealt a deadly blow long ago in the War on (some people who use some) Drugs as the first "laws" were allowed wherein, on accusation only that one had drug involvement, police/marshals could confiscate property - with no due process at all. (80% of people who lose property are never even charged with a crime.)

This is just TAPS as far as I can tell.

The govornments of the world are a joke in my opinion and we would be a lot better off without them.

Should I be laughing or crying when Mike Rogers calls it fear mongering when anybody argues that the bill would damage the 4th amendment, because at the time, I simply wasn't surprised.

i mean there is soo much evidence of evil going on in our government.
