It's suppost to be an alien?

I'm at work so dont have sound, so not sure if anythings playing in the background or any voice in it. N'or do i speak the language on the video.

Anyone any thoughts?

The cheesy soundtrack tells me it is fake. Nothing of any integrity would have a crappy soundtrack like that.

look at the feet near the end, he like, glides, as if he's the product of some sort of CG project

This was never intended to be an Hoax, they are scenes for a movie that Philipe is making: "O relato de um MIB"

Ah right, cool =], thanks for the welcome.. I've been trailing these forums for the past few days.. Had my eyes opened to be honest.. The forum topic on the Summerians was mind blowing, and the "stargates are real" topic.
