ISLAMABAD, Pakistan - Pakistani leaders prepared to meet Friday to discuss differences that threaten to tear apart their shaky ruling coalition, a day after twin suicide blasts killed scores outside Pakistan's largest arms factory.

The two sides also diverge on who should succeed Musharraf as president and whether he should face trial. On Friday, Pakistan's election commission said lawmakers will elect the new president on Sept. 6.
