Countries who have helped the "war on terrorism" with troops in Iraq fear they are next in line for the type of retaliation attack seen recently in
Madrid. Countries such as Poland, once behind the "Iron Curtain" have no experience in dealing with terrorism, and helping their citizens become
aware of threats.

"Most nations contributing to the Iraq mission say they will remain in the peacekeeping force despite the Madrid bombings, which killed 201 people
Thursday."
A new, not surprising tactic, from Al-Qaida to target allies of the U.S. appears to have weakened the resolve of Spain, and struck fear in the minds
of coalition members. This tactic of turning a jittery world against the U.S.-led war on terrorism through the threat of carnage will be the likely
modus-operandi for months to come.
