CIA Dial 2!

I'm not sure why but the first thing i thought of was that he was a time traveler... weird.

I think he is shouting ThomasVolk. I also think it seems like california. There is clinical pathologist/ botanist named Thomas Volk living in visalia california. He has a website:

the first hit on hiswebsite is about hallucenogenic mushrooms, I wonder if that has to do with thisman's psychosis?

it could be volk or vaulk

sounds more like vaulk to me than volk

and when he is saying dial two, its almost like he thinks he is being listened to, and is calling for "special agent vaulk" saying "dial 2" as for some sort of code as to his situation

in the beggining of the video when the horn is still going off you can barely see but he moves his mouth like hes talking to either himself or someone else, and as soon as the sirens arrive this "special agent vaulk" drops communications with him and thats why he is yelling for him, trying to give him the "dial 2" message - at least thats my take on it

and he does say "im a cia agent", and towards the end (4:00) he begins to drop his head and repeat "special agent vaulk" over and over almost like he is loosing all hope of this person responding to his situation,

he also looks like ethan hawk not that it matters

allow me to enlighten you.

he is a cia agent who are amoungst others at war with the grays,thier tactics are all about psychological warfare.the guy wasnt strong enough.

actually, on closer examination, i think that is the fire fighters helmet. i could be wrong, but that's what it looks like to me. but this has got me intrigued, it's so weird. dang things kept me up.

yeah your right it is probably his helmet, if you pause at 1:14 you can see there is no light bar on the roof of the car

I believe that's a firemans hat. If you look at the vid, you could see that last of his movement placing the hat on there. But good catch. I'm glad everyone finds this video as interesting as I do.

We really need the owner of the video to give some more observations if he remembers any. Thanks to the member(s) who requested his response.

His statements are burned into my head and now its a joke among friends "CIA Dial 2" "I'm with the CIA" "I'm not trying to get out." "Sergeant Callahow!" "You know you have an experiment?!?!" "Thomas Volk!"

If the guy in the vid is a criminal, he is very clever. I guess he can plead insanity w/ that video evidence.

Great post, I never thought of the video in that sense but that does seem to be true. I noticed that he was talking to himself (or someone else?) at the beginning of the video also.

This video has become a personal joke with me also, my girlfriends sick of hearing me telling her to "Dial 2" and asking her to ring "Thomas Volt"

Update on the youtube member situation: Well he still hasnt got back to me yet I'll let you know when he does.

One thing I noticed that leads me to believe what triggered his memories of MK ULtra / CIA Training :

The loud noise from the horn in the beggining and the following firework explosions in the backround. While he is disoriented, a cop cars headlights is directly in his face(very bight for him see vid).

With the noise and visual after a concussion, he may have had flashbacks.

mycology is used as method in forensic detective work.the spores and fungai in a body can determine how long that body has been dead,where its been as certain spores only propagate in certain locations.years of your movments can be traced by the fungai spores your body contains for each fungai spore can be dated to a specific time aswell.

i suspect this was his job,a forensic mycology pathology scientist,now what did he discover to have a gray lockdown imposed upon him?,ie psychotronic psychological warfare?

perhaps a body that contained no spores whatsover(impossible),ie a body that isnt from earth?.
