My Voter ID Card Just Came

It's the usual post card with the dotted line cut out card.

The strange thing is I have been registered to vote since 2001 when I turned 18. I voted in the last presidential election. I voted in the local elections in the village I used to live in. Why am I getting this ID card again?

Oh and also, I just moved to my current home recently. So recently that I had a letter from the IRS forwarded to me (yesterday) from the Post Office that was sent to my old address. But this was sent to my current address.

I have not updated anything recently (except my address with the PO), my life has been the usual things I do day to day. Anyone have any idea what's going on?
