why are aquarians rare birds?

HEy bts/ats
I just wanted to know why people say that being an aquarius is so rare and special?
Another thing, I wouldnt mind knowing more about why street lamps go out when i walk past them...
Not all the lights on the street of course...but atleast one per street.
I have been told that other aquarians have had this happen too?

Grins.. It doesn't happen only to aquarius star signs, it also happens to me every now and then, I am a capricorn.

I had a boyfriend a while ago, he was very trippy (on mushrooms + lsd and above that a bit paranoid). He was convinced that his energy could make street lamps turn of, and said things like thaat he was communicating with aliens when another streetlight turned off again when passing by. He has libra as a starsign.

Somehow I do agree that such things happen too often for being coincedense, made it does have to do with a certain kind of energy flow..?

I am no expert though!

My personal experiences of street lanterns turning off or starting to flicker were not on drugs really..

Just the fact that my ex boyfriend was on drugs, and was extremely interested in why and how this could occure made me react on your post..
