The Crying Game - when it was revealed that the chick had a well, extra part. I was off the couch, on my feet trying to keep my head from exploding.

Oh, I forgot, the abduction scene and return scene of Travis Walton in Fire in the Sky as well. Me blood runs cold to this day because of that movie....

The NeverEnding Story was definitely a classic. In fact, my wife and I marched down the aisle to track 8 on the soundtrack album....(which is PERFECT for a wedding march)...

Too bad all of the sequels were utter crap... The original remains a timeless classic though...(and I should have thrown it in my top 10 best list, along with Labyrinth)...

That whole film was definitely the pinnacle of the entire franchise...there will never be another Trek film like it....

One of my favorite movie scenes is from the movie "Midnight Cowboy" in which Ratso Rizzo (played to perfection by Mr Dustin Hoffman) is crossing the busy street in NYC. A car almost hits him and he yells the immortal line:

"I'm walking here! I'm walking here!"

I have used that one myself living in a big city.
