his lungs were damaged over a long period of time due to exposure. i THINK that the company should've protected their workers a little more. it's like working in a nuclear power plant without and chemical suits so it was right for the judge to award him that money.

there goes the butter flavor for your popcorn...all those companies are going to be bankrupt. There are, I believe about 30 individuals with lung problems relating to this issue. if you award the first guy 20 mil...what happens to the rest of the people....say bye bye to butter flavor popcorn...learn to melt your own damn butter!!
