I thought I'd share. This is how I like to make hash browns. It is scrupulous.

For 1 serving:
1/2-1 cup Shredded Potatos (Use more if you use the frozen kind)
Chopped Onions
Chopped Jalepenos
One Egg
Chedder Cheese
Catchup and Red Sauce to taste

Sprinkle the the potatos, onions, jalepenos with pepper and fry until browned. Add the egg while stirring until the egg is fried. Transfer to a bowl and add cheese, catchup and red sauce to taste.

Note: For a lunchtime variety I like to make it the same as above, except add about 1/3 cup each corn and black beans to the potato mixture.

hey I remember that post!!!

And I remember us making those potatoes, I will try yours asap my friend!

I like the use of jalapenos! Muy bien!
