Hello From Phoenix!!!

Hi folks,
Its me, and i wanted to let you know i made it to Phoenix in one piece, all my worries and fears were for nothing.

I am so blessed to have my 82 year old mother looking good, although we are going to the doctors this Friday to check a little spot on her face and make sure its not the skin cancer this entire family suffers from. I hope you will be kind enough to think good thoughts of my mom and that she turns out to be fine.

Anyway going to be here for a month doing the Phoenix scene with my brother and drinking Starbucks

I am so lucky and happy to be here, i cant even begin to tell you all!!!
I am a very priviledged woman to be able to hold my mom in my arms

I watched "The Lost City" with mom last night and we both ended up crying like two fools.
You guys may want to check it out- Its really the story of my life and how i got to this country.

Anyway, i dont want to bore you to death, i just wanted to say "hey" from a beautiful city!!!!

And to thank the universe for my mother.

I'm happy for you and your mother, some advice for people out there, try to live healthy lifestyles! So that you can have what dgtempe has.

Hi DG. I'm so glad for you, you sound really happy. Of course, my thoughts are certainly with you and your mom...I wish the best for both of you. Enjoy your time with her.

And it's nice sometimes to get away from our own mundane lives, to focus on someone else. It's good for the soul.

Thanks for suggesting it! My brother has this incredible telescope and i'm looking for ET's.
He thinks i'm crazy- if i see anything peculiar you bet i will post it unlike others with no proof.

My mothers cancer was frozen at the doctors office, i guess, 2 doses of 200 degrees below zero- and they caught it in time and so she's fine and i'm very releived.

The technology is incredible now- she once had one removed where they had to dig a huge hole in her forehead and i was right there holding her hand and watching the entire thing.:shk:

Thank goodness for the advances in medicine!!!

I'm fine and i'm going to post some pics over the next week of the desert
