Ok, I have just spent the majority of today reading this thread from the first post , it seems that the majority of the people researching this have come to the conclusion that it is a hoax, now since you're the only person that was researching since the beginning and has posted recently I would like to know what you have concluded. I'm sure I don't have all the facts seeing as I am new to this but in my opinion the fact that the website has continued to be updated and that there has been siting of a woman with a sign promoting this site I tend to lean to it not being a hoax. If you have any other information that you haven't posted on here would you U2U it to me?

You know, i've spent days going through this thread with all its links, doing all the research and was just sitting here absolutely gobsmacked at the outcome or lack of and even more annoyed at the original investigators leaving the rest of us hanging like this.......... not to mention being more than slightly irked that the [HOAX] label was not applied.... mumbling and grumbling away to myself....

I've been interested in this thread since I first saw it. It's an amazing piece of work, and was really gripping. I had thought the members here had lost interest and so did not post in this thread after finally signing up.

First thought; debbie's witness international neurological society or debbiewins. Anyway just a thought to toss out.

That was my interpretation of the name of the site. She is debbie's witness, as stated on her site. Many were trying to figure out what ins stood for, I guess international neurological society.

I'm not sure if you read the whole thread, but the original team that was working on this decided it was a scam, and that the sitemaster was doing this for a study or doctorate. Not entirely sure because they didn't share the exact findings in the thread but alluded to sharing via u2u.

Someone else asked about the banner, flag on her site. Dr blue dr. green and tan li. Type those names in a search engine


On a separate note someone referred to rap music, and included the manic street preachers. I must state that lumping this band in with mkultra rap is not to agreement. The song in question would be "let Robeson sing".

Well in my opinion regardless of the site master's motives, we have a great puzzle to work on. If you know nothing about mkultra this thread can be a learning tool.

The original team's investigation into this site was amazing. I'm afraid that the revelation they allude to may have induced a level of apathy. What we should take away from this is how well they worked together and what teamwork between site members here can truly accomplish. If this level of depth were applied to every problem or situation we seem to care about a great deal could be accomplished.

Bush sr. It is astounding how many conspiracy theories his name seems to pop up in.

Hmmmm, I know it's been done before but maybe somebody should email her again with some questions.

If they do I'd suggest asking questions about the clues on her site, and not about the site master herself. Surely someone has questions about mkultra.

from what I can gather she only answers about three e-mails and then stops communicating.I've used my three ,I asked what does Debbie win,about some of her vocabulary words and if she heard of MK ultra she doesn't answer the questions you ask only gives responses in that "Debbie lingo".Don't ask her questions in that lingo just ask her straight up questions.and you only get so many questions so try not to ask what was already asked(review the thread).Good luck please post responses.thanks

Wow.. just found this thread. Seems to me the federal witness website is part of the key to understanding this, as well as knowing a whole bunch of from her website. She talks about stuff from years ago.. perhaps she was an insider who saw too much and now shes working with someone to bring someone or something down.. I just don't know what to think.. But I know this.. if she is Gov related this thread may be monitored. if she is a threat to the Gov, this threat may be monitored.

So Debbie is not a woman.. its a code for federal witnessing

O.k. lets start over. I think I have it. Just study all the info on the federal witness pages and use it as a key for everything on Debbies web site. Debbie is telling others who view the site what the message for the day is.. ( keep in mind folks I just read the first pages of this thread then jumped to the last page.. so I may have missed lots of important clues.)

Just write the meaning from the federal witness page next to the word or phrase on Debbies page.

If we keep a log of each days postings on Debbie's site in this manner and study it.. we may find patterns that will explain whats going on.

On each page of the federal witness pages there are cryptic meanings - things you need to look up to know the clue or key because they are not always spelled out. We need to do that for each page. Hmm

On today's page she says Don't play games with my witnesses... could she be a handler?

I am sure I am not the first one to think of this.. if someone has done this what were the results.. if any?

Yeah.. Thanks.. I'm working on it - Gonna take a while though and a few links are down but hey.. this is way interesting stuff. In the beginning people didn't know if this was a crazy person or not.. the more I read the more convinced I am that they are not crazy.. and there is something to this.
