Whats wrong with her eyes?!

She was looking up, at what I dont know. Maybe shes about 4'6" and the reporter is 6'6" and shes trying to look at his eyes while talking lol..

There is a name for this.. I cannot find it but I believe it is japanese in origin and it is believed that this is an indication of a very unhealthy person or that the person has something wrong with them. Usually it is said that this condition preceeds death.

I wish I could find the name and details. I am just working from memory here.

yeah that does seem to be the case, you cant see her pupils because they are rolling around under the top eyelids. i have seen this before in blind people.

But why would there be a blind police officer?(i think thats what she was, wasn't paying too much attention)
