What if the warmonger is the whoremonger? Seems like we have the rare opportunity to elect such a gem. On second thought, it isn't that rare of an opportunity.

From the perspective of the middleeast 'oil war'/biblical prophecy; the harlot that sits on the beast would seem to be related to both of these.

The temple or church steeple is an oil rig? The 'fornication' is these drilling holes into the earth and the effects on the planets climate?

The mark of the beast (or oil) may also represent the greed and waring excuses of those invloved. Many may refer to this as making war and raping the earth for it's resources. The beast may then also represent causality or god or natures wrath.

Is this thread's intention Socratic irony?
