searching the forums on a keyword???

Topic started on 11-8-2008 @ 04:26 PM by Tuebor

When I search on a keyword with the search box in the uppper right of every ATS page I get the results with the keyword in BOLD in the summary of each "hit" but when I go to the actual ATS page with the keyword in it, the keyword is NOT BOLD thus I may have to sift through thousands of lines of posts on the page to find the keyword.

Is there a customization I am missing or is that the way it was designed?

Here is an example of a search with "baseball"

Look at the fourth one down about steroids and baseball

this seems like a programmed database issue, there is not much to do with it, but you can use "crtl-f" its the finder tool, type in a word, and your internet browser will highlight every word that pertains what you have typed to search for.

thanks ragster

It's strange that the feature isn't already implemented because from what I can determine it is a customized google search engine ATS is using.
