I wouldn't think McCain would go so low. And it my opinion, first ladies shouldnt be mediatized as they are. More and more politicians show their trophy wives because so many are actually basing their votes on how good she looks.

McCain, "perhaps unknowingly" volunteered his wife, Cindy, to compete in a beauty contest which often features topless contestants, with the article quoting the senator as saying:

Wow! I haven't had such a good laugh in a while. I'm am sure that McCain wouldn't allow this knowingly, so I assume is was misguided judgment.

Anyways, an irresponsible decision. I like the fact that she could have been First Lade, and Miss Buffalo Chips!
