There was a darkness similar to this in the northeastern US in the 1800's. It is widely speculated this was caused by a massive forrest fire in Canada.

Im not sure what happened. Any one find out if it could of been a large sunspot? Could a huge sunspot do such a thing? Just curious questions.

These days, things are becoming more strange. Reports of the weirdest things have been happening. I for one know something big is going to go down in the near future, and all of man kind will need the help of each other and the help of all God's from all faiths.

Prehaps,Ignorant Ape,this is why these threads are being posted. Because people aren't as thick as you think they are,and they do know what it's like when a cloud makes it go dark. We all know this,we've all seen it a thousand times. So,one would presume that this is something different,something odd. like it going dark when there's only a lite cloud cover. That would be strange,and worthy of note. As you didn't see it with your own eyes,then it's a little harsh to jump in and slag off a load of people you've never met. Just my 2 penneth.

The same thing happend where I live in the UK too, enough for me to think "what the hell was that?" - I was half asleep at the time but I do recall thinking to myself, that it went from nighttime to daylight extremely quick.

I thought nothing of it until I saw this thread, just thought it was a dream or something. I immediately thought, I bet they've just activated the LHC.

There are quite a few people saying they saw the same thing and I'm sure if you went on other web forums such as this one that you will see people noting the same experience.

To be honest your view relates to your name.

Just remember that not everything which is witnessed and is out of the ordinary is reported in the media. Why? because either they deem it not worthy to generate interest or it's something which is not wanted to be widley spread by someone.

This is so strange I can't believe I have just read your post, I had the same dream, I swear on my partners life I am telling the truth. I had a vivid dream I was outside and then complete darkness. I turned round and said to whoever I was with (in my dream) whats happening, then a brilliant flash, like a nuclear bomb or something similar and then I woke up with a bang! very strange and very odd you had the same dream of darkness, what is going on, so much strangeness in the last few weeks.
