The difference is that they enter LEGALLY. That's the very point of this issue, I'm not talking about what they do after they enter, I'm talking about entering.

The illegals are coming in illegally, but them obeying the rest of the laws once they enter is not what I'm going to enter into.

People from Spain can come to this country legally with the intent on committing crimes, so it works both ways. However, that's not the point right now, they are entering illegally, that's the problem.

yeah i agree but laws buy who...sh*$t man you guys should travel more and leave the states and travel it seems you guys are soooo closed minde about things. I saw earlier someone said they are gangs and tagging the walls and violence. But this wont stop because they are being excluded and feeling it big time. obviously they turn to violence if they wrere excepted educated and given a chance this wouldnt happen, its the same as your black community, they were used for theitr labour and then people thought well were done with them now what.And so the circle began the get excluded turn to violence ,,why because they are americans but traeted like outsiders, most of their famalies have been there as long as yours. anyway just and example

That is a great point. For those that sit high and mighty I hope that you will not show your hypocrisy when neighboring countries offer a better life then your own. In most Countries it is not easy to gain citizenship. Good luck to you.

OK mate so if all the illegals enter for example the states legally on 3 month visas and then stay over ..do you in the name of all that is holy think itll make the slightest difference?? whats 3 months bro ?? serious what can you do in that time, if anything it gives them more time to look for their options when they are illegal which would be soon..but nothing changes . nothing.

I hear so many people say "these people coming to our country want to be american and live the american dream". Well where I live these so called americans fly the mexican flag, speak spanish, cheer for the mexican socar team as apose to the american team and so on. From what I see these people coming over here are just trying to get whatever they can get and dont care about america. I do see the few who would die for this country but they get over flowed by the mass who would flee back to mexico. the bottom line is... Mexicans are not our problem they are the mexican governments problem, if they dont like the way things are in their country then they need to grown some balls and have a revolution and take back their country rather than put their tail between their legs and risk life and limb to come to mine.

Ok.. not all Immigrants are down like that. Im from East Los Angeles, and a marine i stay outisde a city fallbrook where theres alotta hispanics and what not. Yeah true that some are almosost parasites just coming here to spread their gangs. But,what about those who come for a decent living?

Ummm. No there not. At least not in the major agriculture areas. It is common practice to hire undocumented workers in the field. Any farmer that doesn't wouldn't be able to compete with those who do. Therefore they all must or rely on their own labor.

I will tell you what. You say this flipantly. And I don't believe you. You work the fields for the same pay as an undocumented worker and I will pay for your healthcare. Top of the line.

It doesn't look like this has been mentioned yet.

Health care, the fact their mere presence here is an illegal actl, the refusal on some parts to assimilate into the culture, social security benefits, and the lack of taxes they pay (with the exception of sales tax) are some pretty good ones but here is one I recall seeing growing up:

Being from Texas, I have possibly known over 100 illegal aliens personally. What a vast majority of them would do is live way below their means here and hardly spend a dime except for necessities like food, shelter, and clothing. They would sock away ever little thing they made. However, instead of turning it back into the American economy, they would take a trip back to Mexico once a year along with all their earnings and give it to their family down there or they would send a little at a time.

That can create a huge offset in the economy when business are paying out in wages but not having that money circulated back into the economy in the form of consumers. It's leaving the country and being spent in their home country instead of the U.S. You can understand the problem this would create.

Not sure how big of factor it plays (surely not as much as the health care mess) but it seems like it would at least cause a moderate problem.

One, it's homosexual sex that's illegal, not being homosexual. Two, no, I don't think a law like that is valid.

Really my take on the whole immigration thing is that we have to at least document who comes through our borders, and who from other countries is living here. I don't have a problem with immigration, but when you do it illegally you're breaking a valid law we have for a reason. And if we ignore it, that means we don't care about our borders.

According to the article it is only for emergency medical services. This is not any standard of health care the rest of us are privileged to. And yes I say privileged because even if you are paying for your health care at least you can.

You call these people criminals. But even in prison we offer medical services of a much higher quality and quantity then what is being offer through Medicaid to illegal aliens.
