I don't see that as much of an explanation as to why no one in Florida would have noticed. I have lived in Florida my entire life, and the only time I have ever seen anything that is even remotely comparable to martial law is after a major hurricane has hit a given area.

Im in Central Florida... and well I didn't notice anything different --
lately - I notice police officers in bushes with Laser scopes... I think that is a little un-fair.... and since I stopped got out of my car and walked up to them. and stated very clearly - "I have less respect for yall three now. and I wanted to stop and identify and complain" I didn't but I left telling them they should re-read the fourth ammendment and got in my car and went home... that was the last time I Eyewit them in busbes anyway.

I haven't encountered any cops hanging out in bushes with laser scopes, but that is a bit disconcerting. Don't get me wrong Jeb Bush would have done something like declare martial law, I just don't believe it actually happened.
