The cowardly dont like it when their victim defends themself or their views. The cowardly are out to do harm with fabrications and misleading
statments and all kinds of suggestions that are left open so nothing is told fully truthfully.
Since it is so that by now, give all the time thus far, that no super star served on a case in a jury, then this case is still opened.

There is no need for you to post your age or retorts of any kind about your intellect. Your sentence structure, word choice, spelling, lack of understanding the fundamentals and basic principles of our legal system, all speak loud and clear enough for most of us to assess your status.
You have not been looking for an answer, you are looking to fight. You have realized that you have the power to challenge and then ignore and effectively shutting down opposition to your rants and this brings you some level of satisfaction. All of this puts you at an emotional age around puberty.

You've refuted my explanation by saying you have no personal knowledge of the information and opinion I have offered. This by itself is an unstable point of argument to take and reflects a younger, more egocentric view of the world. Something you will learn in the first year of Psychology.
After reading more of your posts I began to see a pattern in your writing where you appear hostile toward those who offer an opinion or fact.
You appear to have taken my comment and apology about the assumption of your age as an insult and I assure you it was not intended as an insult. Your comments and emotional challenges do reflect that of a very young person, if not in age, in emotional development.
Please don’t think it is meant as an insult, you are what you are, as we all are.
I made the comment of you not looking for answers, you appear to want a fight and I stand by that claim. You have repeatedly demonstrated this desire and you have now gone so far to make a claim that a person, one you have never met, to be a coward. No school tells a student-surgeon to operate on someone on the sidewalk, do they? So I know when someone is serving iniquity. And yes, I am wise to check you to put you in your place. If no one can put you in your proper place to where you have an understanding to not go out of place ever again, then that tells me you are wicked sown. Nothing can be done expect the extreme in certain cases.
So if you were unaware of understanding to keep that Psychology stuff in its proper place, now you're aware, and have no excuse. Any excuse only reveals an unrepentful kind. And what the hell do you think someone is supposed to do with the unrepentful kind? What do judges do to criminals who show no repentence? A story of a cop who didn't take crap. He's a local Legend. The town he was sheriff of is about an hour away from me. He'd even tell you, If he had done half the crap Dwayne Johnson did in that movie, before being an officer; he would have never been elected. What you are preaching is vigilantism which is illegal, and can get the wrong people killed or thrown in the clink.
B) eaganthorn gave you a PERFECT explanation of how the judicial system picks jurors for a trial. There are some flaws in this system, but that lies mainly on a common practice of Prosecution and Defense Attorneys being good buddies. If a crime was really committed sometimes the Defense Attorney will sell out their client, against their clients wishes. But then, theres the appeals process to fix this.
C) No citizen is exempt from jury duty. Whether your a deemed a suitable peer for the person/s on trial is a different story. Dependent on the case Jury pools range from 30-120 people. The worse the offense the larger the pool.
ALL of these people must report to court until the prosecution or defense finds reason to dismiss them from this particular cases jury. The judge really has no say in the matter unless they feel that something is afoot. One again, this is the reason for appellate courts. If you feel your trial was not just, it is presented before new judges, with a new Prosecuting attorney. If an appeal hearing is granted (which is NOT rare) the case is re-heard in a higher court.
This can go all the way to the supreme court.
D) I have a sneaking suspicion your a young adult who just got busted doing something you shouldn't have been doing... and you don't really want to face the music for your offense. Now, I'm presuming alot here, (but as you've done the same for every response you have received I feel it's justified) but I think you got tried, and got sentenced, and you don't think it's fair. I don't know what your deal is with Super-stars, or Actors, Pro-Athletes or whatever, but I advice a daily meditation session.
E) Turn off your computer. Walk outside. Find a nice quiet place, with flowers and fauna. Sit there and stare at a flower. When you don't feel like tearing it apart anymore, come back and tell us what the calm, happy you thinks about this topic.

2.The celebrity thing is REALLY stretching it, i bet u anything that they get summoned BUT no prosecuter OR defense attourney would EVER chose to keep them like someone else said, it would be a circus, now while one side might get an advantage from the circus atmosphere, BOTH sides must agree on the jurors. LOOK UP THE PROCESS BEFORE U POST and please use common sense.
3.Mcmurray may not be famous to u or the "typical" ATS user (if there is such a thing) but coming from the south i can tell u that right around 25% of people recognize his name and face, and that's being conservative, he is in MAJOR comercials that run everyday, so once again, u are confused.
4.All that aside, it was an interesting topic, but we could really do much better posts on the corruption of the judicial system. maybe i'll start a thread, because i worked in the system for 5 years and have seen how those gears grind.
