I do not know how hexadecimals work but yea, there is a lot of 6's and 7's in there more than anything else

Where does one get the thread ID? to enter after the solution?

I think "exploree" may be "employee" and "southweut" is obviously "southwest"

So, a whistle-blower from Long Island found out something about something in New Jersey or Pennsylvania? Any ideas?

Once you know the answer to the clue, you must search ATS for threads relating to that answer and determine the correct thread it is referring to.

I was thinking Three Mile Island, too, and trying to connect it with Shoreham, which was to be the first nuclear power plant on Long Island. I haven't found a conspiracy-related connection between them, though.
