NEWS: Selective Service prepares for draft, page 1

The Selective Service agency is preparing plans to initiate a draft. In the article it talks about the need to selectively draft those with language and computer skills.

Rumsfeld says he will not ask congress to institute the draft but you can see the writing on the wall.

Keep in mind this is out just after we hear the FBI wants to increase monitoring of the internet. Could they be used to also gather information about people to determine who would be valid for this draft? What better way to find who to draft with computer skills, lurking on the net you can find out quite a bit about someone’s skills.
