Alien contacty who discovered the water on Mars,32 year's earlier then NASA

Today i got twitter message about "Billy Eduard Meier,who beat NASA by 32 years about discovery of water on mars".

And when i start searching at Google,for my surprise lot of discussion is going
on many forum over internet.

So then i decide to post it here and try to know how many of you believe in his evidence and video documentary which is out on some blog even.

But after watching the video it makes me to rethink about other life form and credibility of Billy Eduard Meier

Sounds interesting. You think you might be able to post a link to the video you are refferencing?
Also since I am new to this subject as well, would you be so kind as to fill me in in what you read on all the forums about it. Possibly tell me what you agree with and dissagree with?

silly billy...this is really funny stuff

scientists have been talking about water on mars since the early 1900's.

so i think Billy might be a little behind as far as being the first to predict water on Mars.
