Has anyone bothered to explain to the anti-gun crowd that the pro-gun crowd has guns?

Well we are 10 pages in.

So Far:
1. Not one single person has been able to provide evidence that the topic is not true and factual.

2. By Obama's own admission, he stated up to now his gun policies have not changed one bit. and he is distancing himself from the topic during the election.

3. His voting record has not and can not be challenged in any way. It is recorded historical fact.

This is all fact people. This clown will be sucking down martinis and smoking cuban cigars while the storm troopers are kicking in your doors.

Get the word out. Tell someone. Tell everyone.

All of your semi automatic pistols, rifles and shotguns are at stake. And thats just the beginning......

What does it matter WHAT is used to commit a murder? The point is murders still happen. I am guessing that you are from the UK or Australia? How are those gun bans working out for England? Not very good, now everyone is just killed with knives and swords, and now it is a crime just to be carrying a steak knife home from the store. And on top of that, more and more people are being killed by guns in robberies, because the robbers know that 99.9% of the time, their victim has no way to fight back.

I read about packs of youths stabbing people to death over there. It sure as hell sounds a lot more barbaric and animal like than the United States.

And its not just average joes getting in gunfights and murders all the time. A good portion of our crime is due to one thing, drugs, and the attempted control of them. The "war on drugs" does far more harm to this country than the drugs themselves ever could.

Anyway, for those of you complaining about the US culture, no one asked you to comment on it, I personally could not care less. Just because you enjoy living in a society where the government says jump and you say how high doesn't mean I have any desire to.

I know that another argument is that people say "whats the point, you can't defeat the government, they have way better weapons". Tell that to the Afghans in the 80's and today, also tell that to all the insurgents in Iraq, tell that to the Somali's tell that to the north vietnamese. The point is, big war machines tend to grind to a hault when met with a resistance force, especially when it is a non tradition "gorilla" fighting force. Oh yeah, and also tell it to the members of the Revolutionary War who refused to stand in a line to fight, and sent the stupid red coats back to where they came from.

Wether or not we should have guns is kind of beside the point. The 2nd amendment says we can so therefore... we can. My question is does Obama actually support stripping us of that right? I need to dig into this more because if he does then I will be changing my vote to Libertarian.

Yeah, like an all out national ban on all semi-automatic weapons would ever make it through the government in one piece without being labeled unconstitutional.

What do you think, that when someone becomes President that all their hopes and dreams suddenly materialize and we're stuck with them? There are checks and balances in the government for a reason. The President may have power to help slide something in, but that doesn't mean he has power over whether or not it is ripped to shreds, or have you not taken a high school government class?

Something like that wouldn't even make it to his desk for him to sign.

You were not born with a gun in your hand because you were born a slave, A ward of the state, not even granted the right to defend yourself by your socialist masters.
Governments don't grant human rights we are all born with them. I guess after two world wars being fought in Europe your people were weary from all the destruction and death and became willing accomplices to your own slavery.
Its sad and pathetic that once proud and strong people have been reduced to being hand fed like baby lambs.

Not one person can defend Obama and the path he will take us down. Not even one person. Its because its 100% true he will work and has worked to undermine and destroy the second amendment.

Human waste and a traitor to America. The next thing we need to do is an investigation as to his ties to the attempted overthrow of a democratic republic in Africa under the direction of his cousin, whom he also campaigned for. I think it was an attempt to install an Islamic govt. but I'm not saying anything at this time other than an investigation is due. If he did take part he is in fact an Islamic insurgent on us soil attempting to subvert the govt.

There again that is ALL here say until someone investigates and provides facts.
