Spanish police discover al-Qaeda notes

The Spanish police have discovered an Internet handbook for al-Qaeda's European cells on the use of remote-controlled bombs against international troops in Lebanon and Afghanistan.

The eight-page handbook dating from early July contained detailed instructions on how to stage non-suicide bombings using auto-piloted light aircraft and cars.

The instructions included three different ways to set off aircraft bombs by remote control.

It was the first time that the police detected such detailed instructions for al-Qaeda cells, including advice on how to avoid being detected.

The methods were believed not to have been used in attacks so far.

If the instructions as outlined in the hand book have not yet been used, is there an attack imminent? Are al-Qaeda that careless for this book to be found in the first place?
I see two possible scenarios.
1. False flag using techniques described in the book
2. al-Qaeda left the book to misdirect

I am more inclined to believe it is a load of bullcrud. More fearmongering to get the sheeple to admire their respective governments for taking more and more of their freedoms away.

Its rather convenient that this comes to light considering the growing dissent and anger at the farce that is Iraq.

If these so called 'terrorists' wanted to make a remote controlled bomb Im sure they could just Google a few hundred ways of doing so. It doesn't make sense that someone would collate it into one collection and allow it to be found by the authorities.
