Next time take a geologist with you and why did you cut out black rectangles from your photos?
Are you the one that can pop popcorn with your mobile phone?

Cutouts were probably photos of the 2 guys there. I personally would like to see an aerial photo of the site. Even if its not a ufo landing it
looks like a pretty interesting archeological area. Needs further study for sure.

It might be interesting to see if this can be seen on Google Earth. I would think it large enough to show up. And seeing the surrounding area might be
informative.

My lousy connection, which has been wonky for a week, keeps bouncing me off when I try.
I was hoping someone else could get.

Appears to be just next to state road 106, the sat. image does not show any detail at all. Good idea though.

I have nothing to add to this thread..
Other than this seems pretty shady and more like something invented to attract tourists to the area.
I would like to see the report that determines that this imprint is as old as "civilisation itself"

Well, this is the "best" aerial image i've been able to find:
it has to be inside the circle, somewhere, if i'm correct:
in G.E. is almost impossible to distinguish anything, i see all white, at leas here there's some contrast, but i don't see nothing.
This is the best image of the triangle i've seen so far.

To ArMaP
The rocks in the OP samples look like marble... a lot of the green color appears to be staining from algae growth but a 'specimen in hand' would be
better
The holes could be either drainage holes with caverns below or geothermal vents... I would have to look at the area first.
I do wonder why the black squares on the pictures... maybe its covered in the thread as I haven't read the rest yet, only responding to your U2U.
I will have a closer look tonight... hope that helps

Why, oh why do so many people start a comment with the words:

And then continue with what is obviously an addition to the thread:

I know I have done this at least once, but seeing other people do it means I will never repeat this idiocy.

Last I heard UFO's do not produce enough heat to melt anything... they use electogravitics (which always makes them look 'fuzzy' in photos)
The Sun in Nevada however get hot enough to melt bottles in the desert
Marble is a metamorphic form of Limestone... so as thus would appear to have a melted look... just like the bands in the agates are formed as the
different layers cool... but those rocks are not vitrified... and if they were it would show a glassy surface..
As to your castles in Scotland... you might have something there...
The origins of Eilean Donan stretch way back in time. The remains of a Pictish fort were found in vitrified rock when excavations once took place
on the island."
So there was an old fort UNDER the vitrified rock where they built Eilean Donan... First I heard of this... ya got my attention on that
The whole area... the clearing, the rock piles and rock fences looks like an old Native worship site...
But where do UFO's come in?

He could have just stepped out of the picture?
Someone got the coordinates save me looking them up?
Looks like a triangle here... but seems to me cleared by man and the rocks piled to make the fences.... Doesn't look that old its too clean... or
someone is keeping it clean...
Edit to add
Yup I will go with MARBLE on this one...
The Pag Triangle
On the island of Pag you will find this unexplainable phenomenon (or creation?) It was found only a few years ago by a pilot flying above the island.
The solid, ragged rocky surface has been 'impressed' from above by a tremedous force, in the shape of a triangle. No one, no experts canexplain how
this could of happened. The flattened rock structure inside the triangle has been compressed down to a couple of milimetres in coloured layers. How,
who, why?
www.vidagents.com...
Closeup of the walls...
Seems this story runs the same on many tourist sites

Couldn't find any better pics on google, I was in a hurry. But point is made...
Gotta agree, it looks like a 'polluted' marble.
On the topic. I wonder why people think if its age old, it must be truth. The truth value is not directly connected to the age on an artifact in the
matters of UFOs at least.
Personally I feel, the older it gets, more difficult it is to know the actual story behind it.
