agreeing to be scapegoated?

they need their boogeyman to scare us into submission...

The Elite know where he is around and about, but not mentioning anything towards the public that might perhaps ruin their agenda.
Osama is one of the big distractions that distracts the public to catch us off guard. You can just thank the media for that. Oh yeah and the
figureheaded president too.
All of it is to control and put fear, confusion in us all.

obama has the best chance. he may accidentally get mail addressed to osama and be able to catch him based on clues contained therein.
