Haven't read the whole thread, but here is an example.
80% of the people were agianst the housing bill, yet it passed. They Congess, and even in the end Bush - who swore he would veto it, just spit on us.
but now it's over and where is the revolution?
It's an oh well, we tried attitude, nothing we can do, just move on now.
How can you change this? I have no clue, but I suspect it will become more clear later in the year when the amount of people who lost jobs and can't
find a liveable wage become more than just a minorty.
