For those who claim that since Obama was a "Constitutitonal scholar", how would you explain his complete ignorance to the document as evidenced by his proposal of this BS plan?

Big oil continues to rape the populous. He should force them to convert to non-profit business or have the government take over all of oil companies and make them non profit. I bet that would significantly reduce the price of gas eh?
