If you're only 19, you should give it time. I researched and studied this stuff since age 11 and nothing really interesting happened until my mid-20s. The more you delve into it, I think it rewires your brain and maybe even your spirit to experiences that are personal. It takes time and often years, perhaps decades because of our preconditioning, depending on the person. The key is not to try too hard, which usually works the opposite of what you'd expect. Just let it come.
