Well, I'll tell ya, I'm north (Fox Lake, Il) and I just came inside. I was outside for a good 20 minutes and I got a good crick in my neck now,
thanks. It took a good 5 minutes to get my vision all adjusted, but, I did see a few meteors through a thin, thin cloud cover. I saw no "formation"
stars at all.
North, eh? I may have to go back outside. You're in Glenview? I gotta say, you have a serious light pollution issue from where you are compared to
me and the cloud layer took care of that pretty good. How bright were these formations to see them so close to the city?
