Something just came to mind.

I know it's a movie, and a funny one at that. But anyone here ever see the movie "men in black"?

You know the alien in that movie, how it was a giant bug, that took the farmer's skin and pretended to be the farmer? But you could tell it was obviously not the farmer, because it acted very strange and would make strange requests, like the once scene where it was demanding lots of sugar water from the farmer's wife.

And again, you know how while wearing the skin, the alien tries best to make everyone think he's really the farmer, but he would do things that a typical person just wouldn't do? Like where he got pissed that the guy smashed the bugs on the ground?

That is EXACTLY who this guy reminds me of. Especially with the bumper stickers. No person in their right mind would put these bumper stickers on their car, but the alien from the men in black movie would... just like this guy does...

i know it's just a movie, and no I'm not watching too many movies. Haven't even seen that movie for like 5 years.

But that, if it helps, is how this guy behaves. like the alien in that movie.

Nah I'm not really a daydreamer, plus I was very awake and alert, always am before I go to work. Very physical and fast job, have to be on your toes.

Also if I were hallucinating/dreaming while driving, I don't think I would still be posting here. I would have gotten in an accident of some sort.

But I do thank you for providing another angle for me to consider, but sadly i don't think this is it.

Have you ever thought about why the guy would have to turn left to teleport. why not stay on same road?

OK, all the reasons you list seem to point to somebody with mental health problems rather than an alien, but I have a few questions.

1 Have you EVER spoken to the guy?

There are a million reasons why he could walk funny, act weirdly and have off the wall bumper stickers!

I would personally never have a bumper sticker in the UK but if I lived in a nation where everyone had one, I'd probably stick the most random one on that I could find, just for a laugh.

2 If your boss kept you off work with a limp, how come this guy continues working when he walks 'unlike a human'?

Finally, don't you think that if he and/or his car could teleport, why would he bother driving any part of the journey?

Brief conversations. The first time I talked to him he seemed normal and he introduced himself very politely and that he was glad to meet me.

But every "conversation" I've had with him since then have been completely off the wall and crazy. Some of the things he says just didn't make sense and weren't even remotely relevant.

Good point. There are some goofy people like that.

Puzzles me too. He can walk fine, just he does it very strangely and in motion/animation that I've never seen anyone else walk like.

Oh I forgot to mention, one time, about 2 months ago I saw him walking to the facility completely backwards.I kid you not. I've never seen anybody walk that well backwards before. And it's a good 400 foot walk into the facility too, so it's not like he was walking backwards for only a few steps.

In fact, another worker even asked him why he was walking backwards, I overheard the convo. The worker (let's call him "alien guy") said he was walking backwards because it's how athletes warm up before a game (and this is a very athletic job).

Anyone know if there's truth to what he said? Do athletes really walk backwards for 400 ft like that before games?

Good question, borderline paradox.

I'm not sure.

I'm sticking by my theory that, if he is indeed an alien, he teleported his car to purposely send a message to me, like a "don't mess with me, look what I can do" type of message.

Next time when he takes this turn you should follow him at a distance, thus you can see where he goes.

And yes, walking backwards is an exercise (warm-up) practiced in athletics

Ever stop to think that maybe he is mentally retarded?

This is completely moronic.

See you in a few months ATS

I think you are a lying, and excluding the vast number of things I could point out, we will just focus on this statement, since it is the only piece of evidence which is actually verifiable by me.

I searched for the map excerpt you posted and there is no entrance for interstate 90 within 4 miles of where you say he turned... you stated it was 300 ft., I don't think it would be easy to confuse 300ft with more than 4 miles. ign=en&utm_source=en-mapshpp-na-us-gm&utm_medium=mapshpp&utm_term=tour Here is a link to the google map of the area in question.

OK the link is not working, but if you click that link then type Canton St. Warners NY in the search it brings you right to the area. Click get directions then right click on the map and click directions from here right click another area on the Interstate and select directions to here. You can drag the starting point all over the map, and you will see there are no freeway entrances anywhere near the area in question.

the bumper stickers 'HESS' and 'KRAFT' are both German names....
Kraft could refer to his car actually being a Craft... the only thing i could find of Hess (other then the nazi SS general) is Swiss chemist G.H. Hess (Hess' Law)' Law

the creation of any particular chemical product(s) will involve precisely the same transfer of heat energy regardless of what you start with, and regardless of which steps you take to reach the final product(s).

or in your case
"the initiation of any particular deviation from course will involve precisely the same transfer of vehicles regardless of where you end at, and regardless of which steps you take to reach the final destination(s)."

I know you were originally apprehensive to reveal the exact location of your job - but what type of work do you do? Something I've always considered running across similar stories is this: If said person were an alien - what is it you do that an extraterrestrial would have enough interest in to go there, take up a human job and maintain it?

Barring of course the possibilities such as - maybe it crashed and it's trying to blend in - there's a base nearby - it's studying humans, etc.... What type of work do you and the subject do?

Not sure if anyone else mentioned this but there are a couple of other threads here talking about shifting timelines where people are witnessing events happening a certain way and then later finding out those events either happened another way or did not happen at all. Some are wondering if it's a glitch in the "matrix". Maybe you witnessed one reality where the guy turned off the road and then you came upon his car at the intersection in a different reality.

Just a thought.

Here is a thread about things similar to this that others have experienced....

Years ago I had a 25 mile commute to school. The morning traffic was fairly light, and there were 'regulars' that I met each morning.......I could almost tell the time by a couple of them, ( say, if I met the woman in the little tan car at the river bridge, it was 8:15).

Then one morning I met her just as I left the city limits!!( 7-8 miles ahead of 'schedule')..... Thinking that I must be running horribly late, I quickly checked my watch.....but I was right on time.

As I neared the spot where I usually passed her, I again wondered why she might have been heading into town so early.....when I was amazed to see the same odd, little tan car heading toward me !! I slowed and stared at the driver.....yep, it was her....again!!

It was definitely her at the first point.....I was waiting at a stop sign, and she turned into the street I was on, so she was only going 5 mph or so and I got a good look at her. It was also certainly her the second time, I slowed to get a good look.....

I never considered the 'alien angle', however.....

Another possibility you might consider, aside from the paranormal or alien....

His walk might be an indication of something of a 'birth defect', if so this could suggest a slight different wiring in his brain..... he might even be borderline genius or almost 'savant', hence the weird answers and odd behaviors......

If that were true, perhaps he has also an ability ( defense mechanism? You were tailgating, maybe making him nervous?) to consciously or even unconsciously, confuse an 'adversary' by making them think he'd 'disappeared' or changed direction ??

Maybe the guy is just really unique. There are some out there like that. Totally unique and quirky. Maybe that's all there is to the story.

I can't answer for the quickness of his arrival at work though. That is freaky.

Sometimes we can come across people that are really weird from our point of view, but no matter how we try to dismiss them, "something" about them keeps us coming back for more. And out of curiosity, we strike up conversations and low and behold the previous weird person turns out to be pretty darn cool and can offer a unique view of the world. Who knows, you might even learn something from him, quirks aside.

Ever hear the phrase "we may entertain angels unaware?" I'm not saying he's an angel or even an alien. But he might have something interesting to offer.

All too often we expect others to fit in our view of "normal." What is normal really? It's just a mass belief of how people should appear and behave.

This may help.

I had a similar occurance about 9 years ago. My neighbor, and older plumper woman never spoke with me. On day, I started a projext to level the back yard and a couple retaining walls, so to get the machine I used in, I chained the corner fence post on her property and yanked it. After 3 days of moving earth and framing for concrete, I returned the back hoe. I had a dog and decided while the cyclone was down to take the 3' posts and slip fit larger diameter 6' posts over them so I didn't have to dig. After putting up my new 6' cyclone, and her corner post, the gate I installed next to her 3' fence just made hers look tacky. I had extra posts and cyclone so I went next door and asked her if she would like to match with my new fence and that I would do it with my left over supplies and it would not cost her a penny.

She looked at me in disgust and said, "Nothing is free" and refused my offer.

Over the summer, I started noticing that ...(by the way, her back yard was just a small area of grass by her back door, and the rest was thick brush. One time, someone tried to break in my back window at night and jumped her fence. with two powerful flash lights, I couldn't even illuminate enough to locate someone if they were hiding in her bushes); dog, who prowled the yard like a tiger and always had taken down a bird or two every time I went out there, anyways, I noticed that he had been teething on some big as bones that I didn't give him. Then one evening, I notice the lady toss this bone to him over the fence, and take many more into the thick of her yard and toss them in the heavy brush. Concerned that she might be a freak and poisoning my dog, I went out and grabbed the bone from him. I swear it looked like the top half of a human femer, still strands of flesh attacked. Anyways, I checked it out and gave it back to him. After that, I started keeping an eye out back and noticed she would take bones out to her thick brush a few times a week. She lived with her son, and the two rarely were seen leaving, let alone driving to and from the house.
One evening, my fiance and I were out on the 2nd story deck in back, and watched her carry bones to the bushes. As she was heading back towards her house, My fiance was leaving to the store. I heard the front door shut as she departed and continued watching the neighbor lady disappear into her house.
Just about 10 seconds later, my fiancee comes in, runs up the stairs and tells me that the neigbor lady had just driven off. We both had attached garages with remote doors.
Puzzled, I say "no way! She just stepped into her back door 10 seconds before you came running up the stairs."
That was the catalyst that caused her to come back in, for, she was watching the bone disposal with me just prior. Walking to the front picture window while talking, we could see her car disappearing from view a few blocks up the road.
I asked her, "are you sure it wasn't her son?" that seemed to be the only logical explaination. but she insisted it was the neighbor lady.

Now things were just not right. First femer type bones to our dog and by then we had witnessed at least 8 or 9 of the lady's bone dumping trips out in her back yard. It was adding up to a peculiar enigma.

> I must interject here...

as I am writing this, my woman just asked me if I had ever seen her son bringing hookers into their house. I had not and it was never brought up between us until just now. Back then, I was working 6 day weeks and was gone from 7 to 8 or 10 at night, so I missed alot of the going ons around there.
Now my woman tells me that she had seen him with different skanky dressed women a few times one week, and over a few years we lived there, approximately 12 times she saw him bring one in.
But, my woman says that she never once witnessed the women leaving.

Wow...what a trip....Could those bones....naw, no one would flaunt bone tossing if they were doing a Jeffery Dahmer(sp) while we watched from next door....would they?

Well, back to the subject of the lady that could step in her back door then almost simultaniously, be driving out of her garage.

We talked about this for the next 3 weeks, and watching the neighbors a little closer became a new pass time.

in that time, once again she seemed to break the laws of physics by getting through her house in the blink of an eye. This time, she had just walked in the back door when she was seen walking across the front drive to her mail box. Disbelief was the over-all perception.
We had many witnesses this time due to our teen daughter having friends over alot and most of them were aware of the story of the now coined "femer bone lady", and her son. He was half japanese, and they were and odd pair.

Over the summer and fall, the puzzle not yet solved became sort of a legend in our house.
Then, one day, The only day in two years I ever left work to come home for something I needed, I witnessed her son and a skimpy clad woman pull up in his mothers car and into the garage, disappearing behind the auto-closing door.

I went back to work and that evening, the word was that no one had left the house.

Except for a few hours in the wee night, we had a few of my daughters visitors stay over and in turn keep vigilent watch for the woman, the son, or the femer bone lady to come out of the house next door.

The next morning, before leaving for work and hearing that there was no change, I made sure that they and my fiancee would continue the watch and call me when there was movement.

By the 3rd day, no one had been in or out next door, and I began thinking about the bones, the sudden reclusiveness next door and wondered if they had done a mini-Jonestown or some other bizzar activity/ritual that would soon be on the news as one of those 'truth is stranger than fiction' headlines.

The next morning, Sunday, my day off, I couldn't take it any longer. After coffee and some discussion, I decided to go knock on the neighbors door.

Two insistent door knockings of 10 seconds each did the trick. The door opened and in a robe, the femer bone lady stood with suprise on her face. I used line that I noticed they had company the last few days and I was awakened by a loud noise in the night, and I was just checking on them to insure all were safe. The lady relaxed and explained her step-daughter was the guest. Just then, her twin sister emerged.

Heck Santa does half of the houses on earth in just a few hours!

Judging by both your join & post date I'm sure you see where I'm coming from! LOL.
