Could be the late sun reflecting in a plane, while the photographer is moving the camera a bit.

It doesn't look like anything suspicious. Could just be a spec on the lense...

If you know where and when the pic was taken then Venus could easily been accepted or ruled out.
For my part, I don't believe that this could be Venus: il looks like a flattened sphere, or lenticular object. It could be a plane reflecting light,
maybe a satellite but I doubt it given its apparent size on the picture, but it is not I think any kind of star, definitely not the moon but probably
not Venus.
