I Witnessed a UFO the other night

The other night I was out with my friend at 2:00am.
We had just got home only to find his house locked, he had forgotten his keys.
So we got in his mom's car to try and get some sleep.
we were in the car about 5 minute, I saw a light in the corner of my eye.
Looking toward the driver side window I was stunned to see a saucer in the sky about 200 feet above the street I was on.
It was a spheric shape and it seemed to be hovering.
There were yellow and orange lights around the rim of the saucer.
It seemed to have been rotating at a speed of 15mph
I got a good 4 second glimpse before it shot up into the atmosphere.
thats all I saw.
