I wanted to post this article for review by those who remember the 2.3 trillion dollar missing DoD funds announced on September 10, 2001 by then Secretary Rumsfeld.

It seems that a well implemented upgrade to military financial systems might uncover some clues as to the disposition of these 'missing' funds, long after they were 'forgotten' as we dealt with the 9/11 crisis.

Any thoughts?
