I've already flagged this thread, but I wanted to add this alternative.
A television channel is pretty expensive and complicated to run.
I think it would be more realistic and a pretty good idea for ATS to have it's own XM/Sirius channel.

I must wholeheartedly vote 'yes for a tv channel. Even though I know australian pay tv companies wouldnt pick it up.
