Evolutionary biology, biochemical components like testosterone. Anything more than a males biological disposition is social construct.

Understanding what is important and what isn't. Family is important ... getting drunk and having the highest bowling score is not. Spiritual maturity and emotional maturity. It goes hand in hand.

Nope, still don't get it...sounds exactly like emotional maturity given a twist with this imagined 'spiritual' thing.
Why add any extra mysterious/ethereal stuff to define a man? I don't believe in any of this claimed spirit thing, just stuff I think and emotions I feel, does that inhibit my qualification as a man?

Maturity, responsibility, accountability, common sense, logic, reasoning, compassion, empathy, respect and trust towards others.

It's what makes an "adult".

The rest is just dressing.
