Is the U2U button working?

I'm not sure where to post this.

Is anyone else having trouble with the "red flashing" U2U button tonight? I had a new U2U but the flashing U2U button didn't pop up.

I just shot you off a U2U to see, if you get it send me one back, I don't get U2Us often. So I don't know if it would be working or not.

It hasn't been showing up for a few hours now - a general glitch in the system I think...always glad to know it isn't just me

And how is LateApex and I going to talk about today's threads. Oh.....the insanity of it. Guess I'll just go about it the old fashion way thru the Member Center. lol But yes, I'm glad to know it's not me and that I my flashing U2U button isn't being taken away for talking with LateApex about yesterday's threads. lmao

Oh, and since we are on the subject SO.....hehe.....can our flashy button talk and say....."you have u2u's!". Ok, I just had to ask.

Riiiiiiiight, you guys talk about me don't ya? (yea like I wish I was that vain) Anyway this is a great place to put this, I am sure that this issue will be resolved when SO gets on and checks out what went wrong.

Just to let the member's know,

This issue has been alerted and we will be checking into this for you.

For now, just go to your member center (MemCenter button on the toolbar above ^^^) and click on the Private Messages (U2U) button on the top left, this gets you to your inbox.

Could be one of the hamsters fell of the wheel again

I am hopeful it can be resolved soon, in the meantime please continue to use your u2u function through the Member center.

Well the chat has been broken for quiet awhile.

But mine didnt work either.

I went into my u2u to get the password for temp chat and saw that i had a u2u.


But I hope it doesnt stay broken as long as the chat has been.

Much more convientent with the button.

Can I request that we get a mass U2U sent out once the U2U problem gets fixed? That way the people who didn't know the system was down will look in their message box and see what messages they may have missed?

It seems to be working now. I just got a U2U and the flashy button popped up.
