You have to touch your forehead lightly with the fingertips of your right hand. But you can't call up knowledge you don't have. What I mean is, if someone has moved/covered up/stolen your metal bar, or it has fallen behind something without your knowledge. Then it won't be a case of simply remembering to find it, because the last place you saw it won't be where it currently is. The method I mentioned was for remembering something. So it looks like in this instance you wil have to try using visualisation and the law of attraction and hope it manifests in some way for you. Sorry you didn't have any luck, best wishes.

I believe and have proven the law of attraction to myself and have no need to prove it to anyone.
