Nostradamus Prophecies , Michel De Notre Dame Prophécies.

I bought this album ( cd ) 1 month ago and I wanted your comments on this.

This is a really big world wide known band from the U.K.

They have sold over 35 million albums worldwide.

Hey thank you for this post! I am a big Priest fan and was wondering what this new CD sounded like. I am going to pick it up!

Well I'm no critic but it stinks. Hope the rest of the album is better. I'll take breaking the law over that any day.

My favorite track is 'Prophecy.' When I first heard it here in Australia I thought Jack Black was singing - it sounded just like Tenacious D. 'Conquest' and 'Future of mankind' are both pretty good, but the other stuff is so-so.

As for the validity of any of the predictions, it all sounds a bit contrived and vague. I don't think there are many true specifics, just that he predicted very bad things.

I heard the album a few times - a friend stayed with me for a couple of weeks and he had it. The only reason I would buy it would be to get the free ticket to see the band. Since I'm broke and not even sure if they already played here yet I'll pass. Priest's second worst album - Ram It Down being the topper. Angel Of Retribution was a kickin' album - minus the Loch Ness track, that's some sonic sludge there. What happened with this one, I don't know but the music is boring. Hard to even try and listen to the lyrics with music that stinks.
